FEATURES:

CONTROLS:

  • A toggle switch select "Autopilot on" or "Standby" mode.
  • Push buttons provide ±1° or 10° course change.
  • The 10° buttons also provide a dodge function (in the AP mode) or a jog steering in the standby mode.
  • A push button provides "gain boost" mode. This gives better sterring in heavy weather. This push button also activates the Tack feature.

RUDDER ANGLE METER RANGE: Port 20° to Starboard 20° (Port 40° to Starboard 40° is optional)

ILLUMINATION:

  • Rudder Angle Meter has a red background light.
  • Red and green LED's indicate whether port or starboard dodge button is pressed.
  • A yellow and green LED light indicates whether the "Autopilot on" or "Standby"mode has been selected.

HOLDER: A stainless steel slide in bracket securely holds the remote when not in use.

CONSTRUCTION: Water resistant (polycarbonate case and all switches are sealed with "O" rings)

CABLE LENGTH: The normal cable is 25 feet long. Other lengths up to 100 feet are optional. A water tight feed-through is provided to seal the cable entry into the vessel.

APPLICATION: The unit will work with P-3C and modifies older P-3BN & P-3B autopilots.
